St. Mary's Anglican Church (The Slash, Ont.) is part of the single-point St. Mary's Anglican Parish (The Slash, Ont.).
In September 1884, the Bishop of Algoma visited the interior of Manitoulin Island with Rev. J.S. Cole, stopping for a service at The Slash after visiting Hilly Grove. By the spring of 1896, Rev. H.C. Avlwin of St. Paul's at Manitouwaning, had established a Sunday School in the area. The church was built by 1900.
By 1973, the church was closed and the property approved for sale.
