Trinity Anglican Church (Marathon, Ont.) is a church in the Lake Superior Anglican Parish.
The church building was constructed by 1948, and dedicated by the summer of that year.
In 1975, the parish of Marathon joined the parish of Manitouwadge to form a single parish. When the Helmo gold mine struck gold in 1984 and increased its operations, the Marathon population was expected to grow substantially. To accommodate the expected influx of congregation members, the Marathon parish was separated from Manitouwadge.
On July 28, 1977 Trinity Church sustained $7,000 worth of damages when a driver fell asleep at the wheel and crashed through the front entrance to the church.
