Bernice Logan (nee Mason) (19 Jun 1931 - 29 Jan 2022) was a staff member at two residential schools. Bernice taught at All Saints Residential School school in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan from 1949-1952. She taught at the Shingwauk Indian Residential School in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario from 1952-1955.
In the early 2000s Bernice Logan formed a group called the Association of Former Indian Residential School Workers.
Bernice is pictured on right with a group of students at the Shingwauk Indian Residential School.
Fonds comprises "The Teaching Wigwam" publications written by Bernice Logan. Fonds also includes photographs of students and staff from Indian Residential Schools where Bernice Logan taught.
Materials in accession 2010-037 were donated to the SRSC by Bernice Logan. Only digital copies of photographs in accession 2010-037 were donated to the SRSC. Originals are held by Bernice Logan and Library and Archives Canada.
