Accession comprises newsletters, yearbooks, and publications from Indian Residential Schools operated by the Grey Nuns. Schools included in this collection include: Fort Smith Indian Residential School, Fort Simpson Indian Residential School, Fort Resolution Indian Residential School, Beauval Indian Residential School, and Grollier Hall.
This collection was given to the SRSC by the archivist at the archives of the Grey Nuns of Montreal. The newsletters and publications are duplicates that remained after the treatment of the IRS fonds in the archive. They were given with the intention of digitization and OCR in order for them to be accessible to researchers online.
