Educated at Trinity College, Toronto (1872); Deacon: 1881, Priest: 1883 Ontario; Missionary Upper Ottawa Valley (1882-1889); Missionary Pettawawa & Alice (Diocese of Ontario) (1889); Rural Dean of Renfrew (1889-1903); Pettawawa (1889-1894); Eganville (1894-1899); Rector of Pakenham with Antrim (1899-1902); St. Mark's, Pakenham with White Lake (1902-1903); Rector of Almonte (1903-1909); Archdeacon in Diocese of Ontario. Founded congregations at St. Michael & All Angels, North Bay(28 September 1884-1885) and St. Mary Magdalene, Sturgeon Falls (first service 20 July 1884).
