History Biographical: 

The Deanery of Muskoka is one of the primary administrative subdivisions of the Diocese of Algoma.  The Muksoksa Deanery encompasses 31 churches, two chapels and is served by nine clergy.  Communities included in the Muskoka Deanery are:  Aspdin, Bala, Barkway, Baysville, Beaumaris, Bracebridge, Dorset, Eagle Lake, Emsdale, Falkenburg, Fox Point, Grassmere, Gregory, Gravenhurst, Huntsville, Ilfracombe, Mactier, Magnetawan, Milford Bay, Mortimer's Point, Orrville, Parry Sound, Port Carling, Port Cunnington, Port Sandfield, Port Sydney, Ravenscliffe, Rosseau, South River, Ullswater, and Windermere.
