History Biographical: 

The Deanery of Temiskaming is a primary administrative subdivision of the Diocese of Algoma.  The Deanery of Temiskaming has 12 churches and is served by seven clergy.  It encompasses the communities of Callander, Cobalt, Englehart, Haileybury, North Bay, Powassan, Restoule, Sturgeon Falls, Temagami, and Temiscaming.
