(1860 - 1 May 1931 Jackonville, Florida) Educated at Trinity College, Toronto (1881); Deacon: 1884, Priest: 1885 Algoma; SPG Missionary at Burk's Falls (1884-1886); St. Saviour's, Chichester, Jamaica (1886-1888); St. Peter's, Clifton with St. Michael Mavis Bank, Diocese of Jamaica (1888); Bruce Mines (1892) ; Banff, Alberta (1899-1910); Lethbridge, Alberta (1902-1904); Missionary Ouray, Colorado (Diocese of West Colorado) (1918); St. John's Mission, Farmington, New Mexico (1918-1921); Missionary in Denver, Colorado (Magnan remained attached to the Diocese of New Mexico); New York City 1929; Elmhurst, Long Island, New York (1930). Married: Elizabeth "Lizzie" Llwyd (1866-1943) daughter of Archdeacon Llwyd on the 29th of December 1884. Children: Arthur, Percy, Lillian, Bertram (priested) & John.
