Greaves, Alfred (1878-1940)

(5 October 1878 Ivy, Virginia - 15 February 1940). Educated at Keble College, Oxford (1897) & Trinity College, Toronto (1925-1927); Felsted School, Essex. Came to Canada in 1904, first to Alberta, then to Stayner in
Ontario; Deacon: 1927, Priest: 1928 Algoma; Murillo & Oliver (1927-1934); (Garden River 1934-1937); Blind River (1939); Retired to Gravenhurst Sanitarium (1939) with TB. Married the daughter of Canon Massey of Christ Church, Oxford. Both are buried in the Shingwauk cemetery.
