Scope and Content: 

Accession comprises record documenting activities and functions of the Synod of the Diocese of Algoma.  Includes posters for the 2002 Shingwauk Reunion, typescript copies of the 1906 pronouncement of the creation of the free-standing Diocese of Algoma, microfilms of the newspapers, Our Forest Children and the Algoma Missionary News, a microfilm of Bishop Fauquier's diaries, and negatives of E. F. Wilson's chalk drawing of Chief Shingwaukonse and the photograph of his son, Augustine.
