Collection comprises artifacts collected by the Shingwauk Project and the Shingwauk Residential Schools Centre. Includes beadwork, small artifacts, items that were part of the former Shingwauk Residential School, and textile works.
Access may be restricted based on the fragility of the item. Detailed digital photographs of the items are available in most instances where the item is too fragile to handle.
Some reproduction restrictions may apply based on the fragility of the item.
Some conservation concerns in collection including mold and rust. Items affected by conservation issues have been placed in isolated storage.
