Scope Content: 

Consists of records generated, received and used by the Office of the President to carry out its functions as CEO of the university. Comprises the Presidents records of the Board of Governors, the Executive Committee of the Board of Governors, the AUC Foundation Board, the Foundation Finance Committee, the Pension Advancement Committee, and the Administrative Committee. Includes correspondence with and reports of and to the AUC Pension Plan and the Ontario Council on University Affairs. Also includes contracts with faculty and staff associations, by-laws, property transactions, and AUC operating statements. Series also includes records generated and received by the President as a member of the Administrative Committee, the Academic Planning and Priorities Committee (APPCOM) of Senate, the Board of Governors, the Finance Committee of the Board of Governors, the AUC Foundation Board of Directors, and the SSM Economic Development Corporation. Also consists of records documenting the Presidents' interactions with fund raising initiatives, donors, campus development, the Innovation Centre, the local boards of education, and several university committees of which the President is a member.

Accrual 2007-004 was transferred to the University Archives by the Office of the President in 2002. Accrual 2007-005 was transferred to the University Archives by the Office of the President in 2007.
