Anglican Church of the Good Shepherd (Slate River, Ont.) was a church in the St. Thomas' Anglican Parish (Thunder Bay, Ont.).  It was previously part of the Parish of West Thunder Bay.

The original Church of the Good Shepherd was built in Slate River Siding (later known as Rosslyn Village) in 1912.  When this building was destroyed by fire in 1914 the congregation decided to rebuild the church south of the Kaministiquia River, on Highway 130.  The first service in the new church building was held on October 31, 1915.
