Series comprises records documenting Dr. Foster's activities as Member of Parliament for Algoma. Includes letters relating to his constituency as well as his work as Agriculture Critic for the Liberal Party and a Critic for the Canadian Wheat Board. There is also a substantial amount of material relating to the National Liberal Task Force on Agriculture which was chaired by Dr. Foster.
