Accession comprises records documenting the activities of the administrative staff of AUC, typically functions related to finance, administration and non-academic services. Includes subject files detailing communications with and reporting to the Ministry of Colleges and Universities, Canada Works and other grant making agencies of government, auditors, banks, investment companies, as well as records concerning campus security and support staff job descriptions and job classifications.
The records in accession 2007-042 were placed in storage in the library's archives room after 1985 and before 2006. The records were appraised for retention by Ken Hernden in 2007.
