Consists of records generated, received and used by the Office of the President to carry out its functions as CEO of the university. Comprises the Presidents records of the Board of Governors, the Executive Committee of the Board of Governors, the AUC Foundation Board, the Foundation Finance Committee, the Pension Advancement Committee, and the Administrative Committee. Includes correspondence with and reports of and to the AUC Pension Plan and the Ontario Council on University Affairs. Also includes contracts with faculty and staff associations, by-laws, property transactions, and AUC operating statements.
