Accession comprises records generated and received by Dean Robert G. Ewing, PhD, and his successor, President Patrick J. Wesley, PhD. Records include correspondence, memoranda, reports, and other material concerning the Ministry of Colleges and Universities, the Council of Ontario Universities, the Wishart Library's operations, AV services, convocations, media information about AUC.
Records were placed in storage in the library's archives room after 1984 and before 2006. The records were appraised for retention by Ken Hernden in 2007.
Accession is organized into two series in the Office of the President fonds: Administrative record series and Ontario government records.
