Accession consists of records generated, collected, received and used by the Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) on Algoma University College 1976-1977. Includes exhibits, submissions, and briefs used by the RCI to investigate the state, finances, and governance of AUC, as well as the commissions preliminary and final recommendations regarding the future of AUC. Submissions were received from AUC faculty, the AUC Faculty Association, the Concerned Citizens Committee of Sault Ste. Marie, as well as the Teacher Action Committee of Sault Ste. Marie.
