The Anglican Parish of the Redeemer (Duck Lake, Ont.) is comprised of one congregation at the Anglican Church of the Redeemer (Duck Lake, Ont.).
The Anglican Church of the Redeemer was originally located in Tophet, Ontario, about 30 miles from Chapleau. What would become the congregation of the Church of the Redeemer started attending services at Biscotasing or Chapleau until 1955 when they established themselves. Their first services were held in a schoolhouse on the reserve at Tophet. In August 1972, the Tophet reserve was closed. The church was rebuilt at Duck Lake, about 6 miles from Chapleau. The first service in this new church was held on September 21, 1972.
