Series comprises records documenting the Office of the Principal's working relationship with the Academic Council, which later became the Senate, of Algoma University College. Because the college, in its early years, had few administrative staff, faculty members and committees of Academic Council often considered and worked on administrative matters. Includes records pertaining to the Library, Promotions, Salary and Scholarship Committees, as well as proposals for a university Senate.
Records in accrual 2007-025 were placed in storage in the library's archives room after 1984 and before 2006. The records were appraised for retention by Ken Hernden in 2007.
