Series comprises records generated, received and used by the Office of the President carrying out its functional, administrative duties as chief executive officer of the university, responsible to the Board for daily operations. Records include meeting minutes, committee records, memorandum, and other materials.

Custodial History: 

Accruals 2007-004, 2007-007 were transferred to the University Archives by the Office of the President in 2002. Accrual 2007-005 was transferred to the University Archives by the Office of the President in 2007.

Records in accrual 2007-022 were placed in storage in the library's archives room after 1984 and before 2006.  The records were appraised for retention by Ken Hernden in 2007.
